About how long after making a application of granular
bayleton does it take to start to see results. Disease was
already present at the time of application.

what type of results do you expect? from my experience when i apply fungicides it doesn't cure the disease and help bring the grass back in dead areas, but just prevents it from spreading.

Dollar spot is a big problem in this area, is there a
better way of taking care of this, or is applying fungicides
the best approach to stop it from spreading.

Seed with dollar spot resistant varieties.

To prevent it from coming back next year is start doing apps when the conditions start favoring disease development. You'll have to reapply the app every 14-21 days (I think) until conditions are no longer favorable. Could get pretty pricey.

cultural practices is always best. Proper mowing and watering, aerating.

when it comes to leaf born diseases i prefer a liquid application and I'm not much of a Bayleton fan
