I had a dealer quote me some prices this past September.

    Model 718 with 52" manual deck $8303

    Model 727K2 with 52" manual deck $9379

I am a Grasshopper dealer. The 718 has the older style Gemini drive system. I would not buy it for heavy commercial work. The price sound about a thousand high, based on what I sell them for.
The 727 is a real workhorse, and the price sound fair.

There is no way you need that big of an engine to run the 52" deck. I would not waste my money buying a big machine like that to just run a 52" deck.

yeah...32 hp is quite a bit for a 52" deck.
