Has this model (44Z) been discontinued? Via web and/or catalogues I only see a 34Z and then 144Z...148Z...etc.

Discontinued or not, would $4600 be about right for the 44Z (new)?

    dont consider chevymans post...

He obviously has no experience with gravely's. His information is hear-say. My gravely kicks "butt"!

I have a gravely 148Z, and it seems to me that the gravely's are built a little heavier is some ways than the other brands. For example, the front tires and spindles on my Gravely are much beefier than on the 60" Exmark and Cub mower. The hydraulic deck adjustment is the best thing since sliced bread (I don't know why others don't do it.)

I have absolutely no complaints with my mower.

TOTALLY AGREE.....I hear stupid comments on this site about how people hate it, and say just wait till it breaks....YADDA YADDA YADDA. Funny thing is it is from all people who dont run gravely who have simply heard of it or seen it on their site...

Every person that has it so far loves it...From what i have heard

    Trevor

I would hate spending time adjusting the deck height..

I have the 260z and love it. I helped out a nother LCO friend the other day he was behind. He has a 72" JD and I coved more ground than he did. The hyd lift is the cats meow. Works like a charm.

I use the hydraulic deck on every job while mowing . Can't believe it is not on all mowers.
