Assuming your hourly wage is $50

    $300 labor (6hrs)
    $60 profit (20%)
    $15 incidentals (5%)

But I would be weary of trusting him for how long it takes.

It took them 6 hours, but that was to do a crappy job. How long will it take you to do it properly?

Is it being cut every week?

Can you trim around the hedge stones or will you cause damage to them with a whipper snipper?

Is it a newer cemetery? Will you have to deal with flowers, etc...?

So depending on size, you might spend 1-2 hours a month collecting flowers or moving flowers or whatever they want done. Add this into your labor.

thats a good idea i went and looked around this afternoon there are not to many flowers. there is a good amount of space beween them so i can mow without a problem.

Not sure about your situation, but over here cemeteries pay a premium rate mostly because no one wants to do them...lol. I never have had the heart to go after any of them but I suppose I would if the price was right. Very detailed work and very monotonous. Estimate $80/hr and add a little extra for cushion.
