Grease points on stander??

Discussion in 'Wright Manufacturing, Inc. (Archived)' started by Florida Gardener, Jul 17, 2011.

  1. I have a 2008 36" Fixed. I know of 4 grease points, but wanted to know if there are 2 more??? I looked in my manual and can't seem to find anymore but just want to be sure.

There are the caster wheels, the front bushings, and there are 2 under the deck cover that are a part of the belt tension pullys.

  3. Thank you I figured the other 2 were there but I guess I didn't look hard enough. Preciate it.

It is where the belt tensioners pivot.

    diamondlandscaping,

PTP is correct if it is an older vintage Stander, the idler arms on the cutter deck and the one in the drive system will have grease zerks on the pivot tubes. If the mower has the large blue die springs as the tensioner for the idler arm then there are no grease points as the arms use sealed ball bearings in the pivot tube.

    Best Regards
