Using my excavator in a wooded area I have gotten all the pretty parts covered in grease smudges from branches leaves etc picking up grease off the boom etc.
What is the best thing to remove the grease from the sheet metal on my Cat 304.5 CCR?
    Spray 9 maybe?

Super Clean at NAPA, formerly known as Deep Purple. Spray it on then power wash. Warning: don't let it sit on paint for much over a couple of minutes as it can soften as well as dull the paint. I use it all the time to clean up mowers that I have serviced.

Fluid Film won't harm paint and will make removal of grease much easier later.

Just take a 1500 PSI hot pressure washer to it. We use them all the time on grease stricken equipment. Takes it right off..
