Great Customer Support

    Just wanted to let you know of a company that knows how to take care of their customers.

    I bought a tiny-tack last year for my Rock SOlid Plugr. Earlier this fall I broke the wire that conencts to the unit. I tried soldering it back together -- but it didn't work. When I called the company to inquire on how to repair it -- he told me he could fix it faster than tell me. I sent it to him on Monday and he fixed and returned it to me by Thursday -- even added extra wire so I could run the wires more securely.

    A great example of great customer service. It might be alittle thing -- but they have won a customer for life and one who will reccomend them to everyone!
