How stable is the Great Dane super surfer on hills? How do they compare to a walkbehind or a z?

Walk behinds are alot more stable on hills. Usually with a scag, you cut back the speed, and walk next to the velke to have the best control. A GDSS must be operated from the platform, it isn't really balanced right for hills.

The GDSS is great for wide open areas, but there are better alternatives for sloped, hilly areas. Also, a distributor outfitted our Super surfers with extra weights over the rear wheels, to give better traction.
A rider ztr would also have better handle of hills, but again I would still choose the walk behind over it in most cases.

Now, these thoughts are from using GDSS's, GD surfers, Hydro scags, exmark lazer z's, and watching my crews operate them.
