This spring I got 5000 door hangers and passed out around 750, not alot but enough to pass time until the grass started growing. Well I landed one account. Not worth it time wise but it, I'll take what I can get. Passed out 80 this past Monday and 175 yesterday, FOUR good calls. It seems that everyone in the spring gets soo many open invitations from us, they might as well close there eyes and pick. Now, I don't have any competition and if Joe Homeowner is not happy w/ current service, he wants next year taken care of. So I just wanted to spread my news and will say that I will be hitting the pavement when I can't do cleanups w/ all the rain until the calls stop coming in or I've reached my goal for new business.

Here are a few door hanger designs one of our artists was working on. Maybe it will be helpful for others when working on door hanger ideas.

Magnetic business cards are high dollar. I made my own and spent about $1 each, with the lamination. I only handed those out to clients that I did work for. I also passed out about 800 dorrhangers advertising leaf removals, about 2 weeks before the leaves were done falling....calls=0

We use door hangers with customer quotes from that neighborhood. works really well. Our main reason for door hanger is for route density only.

Door hangers work great....more work than flyers but usually better results...if it was easy everyone would be doing it.

    Gopher....pretty sharp.

    Brent,
I was wondering of you could show me one of your door-hangers from the PCW.

I am getting ready to order some and I would like to see their finish work.

    OBTW.

It was great seeing you the other day at Kings Nursery

Put out 400 Doorhangers on Sunday..

0 calls as of now.. weather has been raining, I thought I'd just get a head start on getting my name out.

I'll start once again in the 3rd or last week of februrary..
