I am looking to put up a permanent greenhosuse to grow in not just for holding. What do you use for a base. Ex. 3" stone 3/4" crushed with screenings on top?

Depends on what you want to do and your budget. Normally the best bet is concrete walkways with rock. The cheapest is to use ground cover. Pro it is really cheap and effective cons is you get algae and gunk that grows on top. If you are using tables it does not matter.

1 1/4 or 1.5 clean to drain the water and reuse your water.

I don't think I would be using concrete. Definently stone, how would I go about reusing water.
