It happens to the best of us I promise. What are you focusing on for landscapes big or small?

i'll do anything most of my jobs have been in the 5,000 dollar or less range though, as far as full installs go. I really want to my maintenance going full time so i can have two full incomes coming in, but taking it slow for now don't want to grow to fast!

be very very careful when doing this I learned the hard way haha, bad crews, bad time management and so forth. We tried to run full time maintenance and full time hardscape/landscape installs and renovations. What I ran into was crews not working very hard when either I or my Foremen was not on the job site baby sitting per say.

Thats what I tried my "friend" no longer works for me because as soon as I left his side this year he started wasting my money and getting lazy smoke breaks on job sites even though it is against company policy to do that. Always on his phone not meeting deadlines I truly hope yours does not do this but once in a while you have to find an outsider to bring in that knows that to make more money he has to try to work hard. Make sure you create a company handbook and spell everything out with penalties for not doing things right or on time.
