    Washed the equip this evening after I was done cutting, it's still very wet down here but we are having 1-2" growth a week on clover and other weeds in lawns, the St Augustnie is starting to green up especially on south sides of homes and buildings.

    Because I was tired of replacing worn out trimmers after a year or two of use with no guard, for ever 1" of extra string it drops around 1,000 RPM, or so I've been told. I also enjoy not having grass thrown all over me all day. I was also working at a Paper Mill last year and we were required to, you better hope OSHA doesn't stop by and check on you, they can fine you, my grandfather owns a nursery and they stopped by and gave him a ticket because there bench grinder in the shop didn't have a guard on it.

    Here are a few pics from a lawn with dwarf rye grass over seeded for our short winter, our grasses don't stripe down here so this is about as good as it gets
