It is time for our business to grow, any methods for "cold-calling" commercial work. the work solicited would be of a landscape installation/renovation as well as grading and lot clearing. two items that have seen the most growth as services in the last year. this is something I am working on in the very recent future. Any Suggestions?

I have always just stopped in & talked to the manager at that location. Around 10 AM is best because the one you want to talk to probably won't be there in the afternoon unless it is a small business. On a mall-type property, ask one of the tenants who you would need to speak to about their property management. It will probably take a few people to talk to, but be patient.

we aren't trying to solicit maintainance, rather new installs and renovations, we stopped mowing 6 years ago.
