Does Lesco sell a product that slows down mature bushes, that way they allways look trimmed?

I don't know even where a lesco is...but for PGR's for shrubs? There is only 1 you need.....AtrimMec.
2/oz to gal, hit right after shearing.....BIG time saver down the road....
Most shrubs, we do 3 shears- pruning, etc here on most shrubs...we have a long season...this product cuts it to 1.5, really 1 heavy and then a touch up going into fall...
The trick is to apply it RIGHT after shearing, hence most aps go with a backpack

Are there any only stores that sell atrimmec? I have a huge hedgerow at my grandparents place and I hate to trim that for them 3x a year. This has interested me, however I cant find anyone local that sells it or can even get it.
