    someone told me grubex and merit were the same thing. i never checked, is this true?

    Yes and no. In 2000 the active ingredient was imidacloprid (spelling?)then in 2001 Bayer stop selling the rights to Scott's for that so thy switched to dylox. Now in 2003 Grubex again contains merit.
