Wonder if you could use a small 50 gal lesco skid to keep it mixed prior to filling ride on?

Any ZSpray guys have any luck running prodiamine 65 wdg plus 3-way using 1/3 tips? How about clogging in the screens.

Well, yeah. After that, hows the potential clogging issue? Not for the tips. For the screens upline of the tips?

I use wg in my z. Just need to check screens 1-2 times a day to clean off. I just have an extra set and swap them out.

How about that middle nozzle on the Z. Talk about hard to get to.

I spray everything with those tips. 1/3 that is. I just flush boom out every day when done. I took a piece of pvc and cut notches in it to remove nozzle caps. Removing the diaphragm and cap to clean on middle nozzle is also a pain.

I use the 65 WDG in the Z spray 1/3 gallon tips, no problems at all. I mix in my 200 gallon GNC Space Saver and fill the Z out of it. No clogging issues at all. At the end of the day, I pump anything left in the Z back into the 200 gallon tank with the wand and then run 4 gallons of water through each tank just to clean it out a little. I check the screens every other day, but have not had much to clean out yet.
