How many of you offer paver sealing to your customers?

Is it just and add on once you get an install job?

    Do you advertise sealing?

Yah we do but as an option I know it makes us money but most homeowners don't want to pay for a high dollar sealer so we just tell them to go to a home improvment store if they want to do it themseleves. We did a few last year but not to many.

We add it to the paver job and do it 6 months after the job.

Majesticman- Do you seal all of your installs? What type of sealers do you use?

We recommend it but some people turn it down. TECHNI-SEAL is the one we have used for years. Remember to clean the brick before you seal them to insure you don't seal in dirt and oil spots.

For the most part Techniseal. My suggestion i sto go through their certification course or someone else that gives you hands on experience. Mess around with it on some small test sections before you do a customers.

How long have you been doing Paver Sealing? Is this all you do? I have had some customers ask about this service. Is it good add on or could someone do this as a stand alone business?
    Thanks for any info.
