    Looked at this one last week, lower wall & stairs are collapsing, no drainage and probably poor compaction as well. I'm going to guess it was built by the developer's crew or a landscape contractor hired on and did it for as cheap as possible. Equipment access potential sucks and the ground is hard clay so I priced it nice & high. This guy was some old b@stard and was all pissed of the entire time I was with him and was saying "Oh since you're still a young business, give us a deal and we can definitely give recommendations and referrals, blah blah blah" I basically just said "Ok sounds good". I also wrote a second email separate from the quote explaining the most likely cause of failure and he emails back stating "What does this have to do with your estimate?". F#ck off!!

    Seems to me like he built those steps himself. And he's pissed and offended he has to pay to have them fixed lol

    I'm starting to think you should have to at least explain what it means to "retain" something before they'll load your block

    I drive by this one almost everyday....parking lot on top. And it was installed at a local engineering firm.
