Yes that's a big company f-up by the pool company, the in ground pool is just not deep enough, and the retaining walls will never last to hold up to all of that gravel + concrete slab on top.

It's actually a lesbian couple that bought the house, pool guys came from the back to do their work, then a fence was installed. Then they decided to haul all of that gravel by wheel barrow threw that gate you see in the picture.

I really told them to wait on a lot of things before pouring the concrete in the forms that would barely hold anything. The retaining wall you see on the left had no drainage, poor compaction, un-level bricks, cappings missing with dried adhesive on the last row of bricks lol

Hack express.... Departing the mason yard.... Next stop.... Hack job. Woooo wooooo
4 bands of brick(a full skid is 3k so call this 2500 to be safe) then 7 bluestone treads varying from 6' to 8'. You can WAG that. You know its good when the front unloads like that while the rear is about to pop the beads.

That is amazing! It doesn't make sense what so ever where it was started, still will have a huge slope between the two walls.

How could even the worst landscaper think that was straight and level. There are some very lazy people out there that will throw blocks down and call it good.

What's the point of running a string on this?
