Hardscaping vehicle advice

    It is... I don't know the exact numbers but the gvw is maybe 16000? I believe the truck itself is 9,600.

    Cab overs are nice but add in the cost of wear items such as brakes. They are absurdly expensive.

    we have 3 cabovers and even though our newest is giving me tons of problems I'm hoping I just have back luck and they'll get it straightened out. I'm not sure how much dump space you need but since you said you're urban I'm guessing you have access to hauling/supply companies that would bring your base and units to you. Super Lawn Trucks has these out now:

    I like the concept but it wouldn't work for us because we're more "remote" and have to haul a lot of the materials ourselves.

    we got 120k miles out of first set of brakes... engine brakes are good

    I guess a half a cent vs a cent per mile won't make or break you. But the added benefit would be labor one time.
