I was thinking about how the PG has water and antifreeze in the tires for ballast. Wouldn't this eventually rust the inside of the rim? Consequently, resulting in a week seal for air pressure. ;)

I knew they had antifreeze, but I didn't know they had water, too. Aren't the rims plastic?

My rims are rusty on the outside--and worse on the side of wheel facing the tranny. They are hard to paint, too. Tipped Perma Green Ultra up on nose and painted white the best I could.
Inside the tire--I just don't know--maybe not enough oxygen to rust. I hope.

After I posted, I got to thinking, maybe mine are metal. I was going to go look, but didn't have the ambition. Maybe I'm confusing them with my push spreaders!
