Are you trying to get a LLC set up? I did mine over the net. It cost $70. heres the web site. Incfile.com. They offer alot of other crap but I just got the LLC only.

you need to protect your personal assets. By making your business and self two different entities, you shield yourself in a lot of ways. Personally, I would recommend becoming incorporated and filing for the s-election. More tax advantages that route.

BUT, you need to see a lawyer and an accountant.
