    RedMax or Stihl?

Looking at the STihl HS 45 and RedMax CHT2200.

    Any thoughts or opinions?

Never used either of those, but still makes a great product. I just bought a new Echo HC-150 and I love it. It has a very nice balance to it.

I dont have HS-45's but I do run HS-80's and they perform very well for me. Both are very good brands but I think stihl has the better product.

I used to have a echo hc 215 hedge trimmer and switched to echo's shc-210 . Its great, perfect balance without getting tired from holding it for long periods of time. Im never going back to the chainsaw style hedge trimmers. Check them out, redmax also makes one. peace
