I have used echo for about 4 yrs now and was very happy with it. It has about seen it's day. I am now in the market for a new one. I was wanting some advice on which way to go now? I am needing help comparing Echo, Husq., and Shindaiwa and Red Max. Any help would be appreciated.

I use Echo. I have the 150 and Pas with articulating attachment. That being said: Before I had the Pas w/ attachment, I rented a Redmax extended hedge trimmer. I REALLY liked it. Fairly lightweight, and it seemed to rev higher than the Echo, which I like the high revving. The Redmax is something I would definitely look into buying.
