My father-in-law is on his 3rd new Troy Built garden tractor in 2 weeks already. #1 failed tranny #2 bad electrical problem #3 he has now. The engine RPM's need adjusting. He asked if I would try to help him bump up the rpm's on it over the weekend. I told him sure, but after giving the governor a quick once over, I could use some experienced advice before attempting it. So, since I can't seem to fall asleep tonight, I thought I'd go ahead and post. It's a V-Twin Briggs Intek engine. I can't seem to talk him into taking it back and demanding a refund to get something else. So, any help would be appreciated by the both of us.
