Help! Advice on Corp bid

    We have a chance to bid on lawn care and snow plowing for a corporation. It is where this corporation is the estate holder of properties which range from commerical sites to residential. The amount of properties fluctuates. We have mainly dealt with just residential properties in the past. We are going to bid it at an hourly rate. Do you discount the rate if there are more property sites involved? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

    Grew up in La Crosse!

    I've done "package" work here for a real estate company. Relo division. It was a few years back.
    The number of properties varied from month to month. Sometimes only one.Other times it could be 15.
    If the property was real easy to do I would give a little break in the price. Just make sure you get what you need. As far as $$$ goes.
    If it is multiple properties,sometimes you can give a little on one and make it up on another.

    If some sites are several acres with large open areas, the price will be based on using larger equipment, so the price will be less per acre than for a broken-up, complicated site.
