I have around 1.25 acres of semi-flat grass (holes, and ups and downs) and want to flatten so my zero turn will be able to mow without the bounce. What is the easiest way to get my yard flat? I was considering plowing and reseeding.

Plowing would work, but do you know the history of your property? Was it an old farm or perhaps cleared woodland? The reason I ask is that lots of times you don't know what lies beneath. Maybe there are rocks or roots that you haven't thought of. Assuming that there are no roots/rocks, I probably would spray out the existing grass, then harley rake the area smooth, then seed etc. Some pictures would be nice, to see the layout, and composition of the property in question.

have it tore out and reseeded after a proper prep has been done. the reason for this is that it was a large area to start with and the guy cut the prep side to save alot of time and money
