I need a little information. I have a personal f350 superduty. It is not registered as commercial. I have used it from time to time to work out of while the main truck is down for service or whatever. I am thinking of re-registering it as a commercial vehicle for these few times. Here is the problem. If I register it commercial, does my company own the truck or do I retain ownership. If, God for bide, Something ever happens and the business gets sued, I want to be able to at lease hold onto my truck.

In short, can this truck be registered commercial while still owned by me? I know the name on the registration is going to be in the company name.

    Any help is greatly appreciated
