Hi everyone, looking to get into the business and had a few questions....

    1. What is a good insurance company in Michigan to go with?
    2. How and where do I go to establish my company name?
    3. How do I go about claiming a business?

Sorry if the questions are too general but I'm new to the whole "business" world.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Hi Kevin,

    1. I am not sure as I am not from MI, but you can probably do a search and find out some helpful info.

    2. If you have an attorney they will handle that for you. If not you can find out that info from your county office. If you do not have an attorney that is o.k. However, I personally would recommend one. They can help you decided what type of entity and biz structure is right for you.

    3. I am not sure what you are asking with this question. Are you talking about taxes???

If so, you will want an accountant. Your accountant will help you with these matters.

    BTW, Good LucK!:)
