    Hey colleagues,
I recently purchased a new Stihl FS10R Trimmer. The line got "sucked up" into
the plastic casing and we don't know how to extract the line from the trimmer.
I am not used to the fishing reel type line and felt like I was going to break the damn thing if I pushed the black knob towards the unit and "cranked" it. The unit can be dissasembled, but it has some weird screw that looks like a star.
Any help would be very appreciated as this is an important job for us. Thanks
guys!!!!!!:waving: BTW. I am used to old stihl trimmers that lasted beyond this
design and have never seen one like this. Used a needle nose before.
  2. take it back to who you bought it from and get them to help you out with it

    btw buy redmax
