Help ID this weed

    I just put in some sod for a homeowner that likely OD with weed begone on SA. Needs a lot of TLC to save the rest.

    I think its Old World Diamond Flower. The herbicide Q4 will get it, but I don't believe Q4 has a label for St Aug. I have used Q4 in bermuda and gotten control. Its a tough weed.

    I initially thought Florida Pusley, but the leaves apear too elongated.

    I am 100% that is FALSE BUTTONWEED. I have the same problem in my yard, nothing I have tried kills it and it is VER HARD to pull by hand, its roots go down really deep and they are very hard like if they were made out of wood.

    Anybody have any idea what this is? Noone at Ewing or John Deere claim to have ever seen..Nor have either of the spray techs I know.
    Seems to like moist areas..not in turf per se but thrives in full sun and full shade..tried gly at full strength and double with no effect with or without sticker. Thought I'd give you guys a shot at it.
