Allright, I know that pricing jobs like this takes some time, so if you don't want to help out I understand. I am able to estimate things like this myself, but I would like to see where I stand. Once again only try to help if you want to. I apppreciate any help.

1600 SQUARE FT. Here is what needs to be done. I have already sprayed the beds down with Roundup a few weeks ago, but I will do it again before starting. The entire area needs to be covered with plastic weed control paper and then purple sage rock is to be installed in ALL of the flower beds(over the lava rock and mulch). Any plants that need trimmed will be trimmed and a bunch of the Hostas and clymatis(sp) will be dug up and transplanted.

The picture with the long row of overgrown lilacs is to be made into a flower bed with stone border and then paper and rock installed there also.

Pretty much anything in the flowerbeds to make the place look nice (atleast better than it does)

Here are the pictures. I you have the time let me here what you got.

I just want labor costs only, the rock is $123 a ton. I will haul the rock in a rental dump truck for a $25 rental fee.

Allright, it is going to take me 10-12 tons of rock. Any ideas?

I'd say at least 1.5x's the total cost of materials - AT the lowest

The customer will have to PAY to play. The rock is heavy to move around and there will be ALOT of it. Don't be afraid to get paid.

most people do 2.0 times material....... but nothing less than 1.5 material
