My 32 metro is 4 years old and in good condition with a year old new transmission, but it is struggling and even stopping dead when climbing hills. What do i need to replace?

What you mean by stopping dead? Is the engine just shut off? Your drive belts probably need adjustment to give more pull, or your tranny need more lube.

I would check your drive belts! Sounds like they need to be adjusted!
