Getting ready to Bid on a commercial acc. When bidding, I see alot of people go with a dollar a minute. So If I am doing a job that may take 2 hours and there is 2 of us working would it be $120.00 or $240.00. I think it would be $120.00 even if it is two of us. Can you please give me your opinions. I am posting a picture of the property marked out with yellow push pins. I know without actually seeing the property and knowing the terrain it will be hard, but any rough guesses on how long you think it would take to Cut, Blow, and trim for 2 people using a Scag 54" zturn, and a Scag 36" walkbehind 2 trimmers and 1 backpack blower. Rough estimates please. The farthest stretch from N-S is about 580'. Thanks

60 an hour for you and 40 for your laborer for a total of 100 per hour X 2 hours = $200

How much do you think to charge or how long do you guys think it will take. I was thinking about 3.5 hours to cut, blow, trim. 2 people working. $240-$250?

I would charge at least $250.00 for that size property. There is a lot to blow off and trim around and it takes more time to trim a large area than it does to mow one.

So you are looking to gross about $30-35 per man hour?
