I feel pretty confident in this proposal both covering our costs and paying ourselves well, just wanted to get your feedback as well.

Bid currently putting together this morning for this afternoon's meeting
60 man hours to mow per week (3 guys, 2 full 10 hour days or 4 guys 2 guys at 7.5 hours)

Mowing portion: $77,500 based on 27 mows, or $46.66 per man hour
    Mulch: 275 yards installed over 4-5 days: $19,250 ($70/yard includeds delivery/install)
    Weeding/flower deadheading: 1/2 day for 3 guys: $560/alternating week
    Total: $7,250
Pruning beds, 2 times per year, 2 days each time we do it
    $2,250 x 2: $4,500

    Total bid: $108,500

    Any thoughts guys? thanks

I'd prolly drop down the mulch per yard about $5 or $10. Especially in that quanity.

The mulch and weeding prices seem a bit high, but it may just be a regional difference. The hourly rate for your weeding ends up being around $47.00, we usually get around 35-40 here. Also IMO you could drop the mulch price per yard considering the amount., but then again the terrain may be a factor so it's tough to say without seeing the job site.

The mulch in some areas can be really tough to get too, and they have 287 pine trees along the entrance ways. I think you are right though, I will drop that a bit, as well as the weeding/maintenance in the beds, anyone else? thanks guys
