I have a customer who wants me to first dethatch his yard, then spread gypsum, and finally reseed with 50lbs seed. He already has the seed and 200lbs of gypsum the lot size is about 16000 s.f. He also wants to know if I can get more gypsum, but I have never spread this before, and don't know where to get it. How would you price this? Please Help!

The dethatching should be easy enough to price. I personally charge $150 for up to 10,000 sq.ft. as far as spreading the gypsum has the customer had his soil tested? Its easy enough to do or have done. You should find out what is needed exactly for his soil. (Gypsum corrects acid soil.)

I have posted a few threads lately and have had no responses. Maybe a little cliquey around here. Good luck.
