    Hey guys and gals,

I could use a little pro input here. I have a really good chance to get a contract for mowing, trimming, blowing, hedge trimming, and mulching. I am new to the biz and could use some kind of pricing. I am in Northern Chester County, Pa. Near Vally Forge, Pa. Mainly pricing on the grass cutting part. I do have the equipment for the work. I have all new 2005 John Deere pieces. I have a 727-54 ZTR- a 14hp-48" w/b and all the hand held pieces. Can you guys help with this. Here is the site plan.

At a quick look, it might be on no more than 10 acres

Be sure to include the parameters of the contract. Is this a yearly agreement? Do you service it weekly? Anything else besides mowing? You get the point. Good Luck:)

this is in the process of being built, but there will be bush and shub maintenance and some common ground to cut.
