Did something dumb yesterday. Was mowing with my M60 Cub Cadet Tank and apparantly the lugs had loosened up on me without my knowledge. Of course the whole tire and rim fell off while mowing as the holes had rounded out! Was able to use some washers to hold the lugs on and got her to my garage. Obviously I need a new rim, but also need new studs for the lugs as they got pretty bruised up. So I need to get the brake and hub off. I needed a 1 1/2" socket to remove the nut, but it doesn't seem to want to pull off. Just wondering if anyone has done this before and I'm just going to have to use some FORCE on it or is there something else to remove before it will slide off?? THanks!! :hammerhead:

Got it removed! Went to a friends shop and borrowed a puller, attached and wrenched a bit and she slid off! Never could have done it by banging on it.
