could anyone help me with how much I should add to a bid for three "annual" beds. Two of them are about 50 Sq. ft. and the third is 150 sq. ft. The bank manager likes them full and kept looking good. We plant around March/ April and keep them up until October. He doesn't care what is in them as long as they look great. He wants it included with the monthly contract which runs from April to October.

We figure $25 per flat of flowers and 4 changeouts per year. We don't make a dime at that price but most upscale places want flowers This price includes, fert, bug spray, disease spray, debudding them, watch water. It usually take about 3 flats to make a minumal bed or around 50 2" pots.
