Looking for a great led light to go under caps on a sitting wall??? :clapping:
  2. I have not yet seen an LED fixture that has acceptable colour output for this application. There are some fixtures in this category that use festoon style lamps, and you can get some decent warm white festoon lamps from National Specialty Lighting, but I think when you see the cost of the lamps and the relatively low light output that they provide (0.72 Watts each), you will quickly revert back to using fixtures with T5 wedge base xenon lamps installed.

On that note: our line of Omnidirectional T5, S8, SCB, G5.3 and G4 BiPin LED lamps is currently in production and will make for a great replacement lamp for many of the niche, flood, and specialty fixtures on the market.

I have successfully used Kichler #157675 LED sconces for this application. If you would like to see them, look for the episode of Yard Crashers 'Water Grill' where I installed them in a paver wall under the cap stone.
