I recently picked up a 1997 Proline 36" walkbehind with SFS deck. Mower is in excellent shape, but I'm having some problem with the cut. In going over the machine and trying to set it up right, the first thing I noticed was I actually have a negative blade pitch. The back of my blades are about 1/4" lower than the front. I tried to adjust it in using the front castor spacers, but I'm not having any luck getting the front end pitched down. I also noticed that the backs of the blades are actually riding outside of the deck baffles, which to me doesn't seem normal.

My question is for you guys out there who have these Toro 36's...are your blades riding outside the deck baffles as well? There's no visible damage to anything, but I can't figure out why my blades are riding in a reverse pitch.

Any help or a picture of the underside of another 36" Proline deck would be appreciated! :dizzy: :dizzy:
