My neighbor has cats! 7 of them and they keep getting into my flower beds and mulch areas and leaving behind little presents. I have tried everything from mothballs to motion lights to keep them from using my flowerbed as a toilet. Can anyone suggest something to keep them away from beds and making thier own toilets.

That'll certainly work. Or a paint ball gun, so you know how many times they come back.:)

You could try some HOT PEPPER. I have found that works, but you just have to keep putting it in.
