We have been doing all residential lawns, but are interested in doing commercial work. We would like to bid on a job at a large island condominium with 210 condos to include all grounds maintenance. Of course the individual yard areas are small, but there are bushes everywhere, along with oak trees and several common areas. Does anyone have some ballpark figures for bidding on an annual contract like this? We don't have any idea if we would be submitting a bid that would be either ridiculously low or high.

Thanks for any help we can get.

From the information as to size you have included above, I would bid $1,000,000 per month - that is just to cover your expenses.

Do the condos cover 100 acres, or 10 acres? Huh?

I would guess around 15 acres to include the buildings on the property.
