I have a 14ft dump bed and a 2ft toolbox/backback (whatever you call it) that i want to swap onto a bigger ca/chassis truck. I am curious of how to figure the cab to axle lenght. I came up with a 132" cab to axle. Does that sound right?

Just measure from the back of the cab to the center of the rear axle.

lol, I know that. I was referring if I were to go buy a new cab and chassis truck, what cab to axle length would I need to fit a 14ft dump and 2ft backpack toolbox?

We are talking about a conventional cab truck ?

A truck with a 12 foot bed requires a 84 inch CA a truck for a 14 foot bed requires a 108 CA. Cab axle mesurements go every 2 feet so your going to need a 132 which you have already said.
