I just had a letterhead designed and they were sent to me in Adobe Illustrator Format and Windows Picture Manager. How do I get these into Microsoft. Word so that I can type on them? I'm not good with computers. Thanks for the help.

You need software that converts pdf's to a different format.

A PDF is a fancy name for an Adobe Photoshop File. Rather than your document being named

    XXXXXXXX.doc (Document=MS Word)

    A PDF file is named

    XXXXXXXX.pdf

You need adobe programs to view pdfs usually but they are free to download.

    Good luck
