I have been asked to bid on a commercial project and have only done residential so far. What would your bid be on this project.

Old apartment complex with 4 buildings. Turf sq. footage is 2 - 2.5 acres. no landscaping around buildings just some perimeter plantings on property lines. Your help is appreciated.

DEpends on who lives in the apartments, Are there a bunch of kids and toys. or is it a gov.sub. which means you spend half your time picking up cans and broken bottles, without seeing it and it not 1 of the above 3-4 cents Sq. ft.
