Hi, I would like some help.

I have to do a job in Maryland that consists on pointing up 800sf of regular brick and then repaint them white with 1 coat of conditioner, 1 coat of primer and 1 coat of white paint.

Could you tell me the price for the labor by square foot?

I already have the materials (and I already calculated them) but I don't know how much to pay my mason (he does not get paid by the hour)

    Thank You.

Ask your mason how much he wants for the work. Then take his price, add what you need for your part of the work, add profit, add expenses pertaining to this job and you'll get a price.

    :)
