help with pricing

    i was wondering if you guys could help me with pricing this lawn

    i am a single operater and it takes me an hour and twenty minutes to mow this yard with a lawn tractor and about 15-20 minutes to weed eat and about five minutes to blow any help pricing this lawn would be great

    You need to find out how much other LCO's in your area charge for a similar property and then charge accordingly. To be competitive you have to provide equal or better service than your competition and charge similar prices. It doesn't matter how long it takes YOU with your equipment to do the job, what does matter is QUALITY and price. The customer is not at all interested in the time it takes for you to do the job. All he or she cares about is price and quality. If you want to keep your current clients and increase the number of accounts you get, I can't emphasize quality enough.
