help with purchase

    im going to buy another bp blower dealer wants to sell me a redmax 8001
    for $500.00 , have only used husky and sthil . looking for pros and cons on 8001

    I don't own one, but have tried an associates of mine. She's a good blower. What are you going to be doing with it? IF the money isn't a concern, I'd say go for it, but if it is, the 8001 may be a tad overkill, depending on your needs.

    If you want the biggest baddest blower out there then it is definatley the on to get.:weightlifter:

    thanks for info will be using it for leaves, then sidewalks, parking lots during mowing season. have heard reviews about it taking awhile to gain its power back from one yard to the next any input.im sure everyone is like me dont want to waste time waiting for blower to build up power.

    If you can go and demo what blowers you think you want to buy. I think you will be very satisfied with the Redmax unit. :weightlifter:
