I have about three zoysia yards giving me fits. They grow unevenly or spotty. I have applied 32-5-3 twice this spring. Color is not dark green but acceptable. I did a soil test on two of the lawns last year and they showed low in P and K. I put 5-20-20 on last fall and this spring at 200 lb/ac. I may have to do another soil test, but it takes 2-4 weeks and the summer would be about over. I have also used Dimension on all three yards. Has anyone had any problems with Dimension causing this problem? It does not look like the injury that Dimension can cause if overapplied (especially in shady areas). Thanks for any suggestions. One other thing that might be contributing to the problem. Two of the lawns had really good top soil placed before the sod was laid. I wonder if this packs down too much from mower traffic and aearation is needed. Thanks for any thoughts.

When you did the soil test, what was the pH?

Also, what exactly did the soil test say on your K content?
